kanazawa - really 好金... this gold wall and gold room - make me remember the 金廁所 in Hong Kong

tea house street -

兼六園 - would be at its best in spring when cherry blossoms are everywhere. though hubby find the city kind of boring...... he said we can stay a few hours when transiting to other places during spring time.

had a very bad meal at the JR station on the night we arrived at Kanazawa - the sashimi was still with 溶雪水

....... wai, we already patronised the place with most customers la boh (actually, the shop was full house when we were there and we had to wait a bit)

- anyway, in case you were at Kanazawa JR station, do bypass those food streets inside the station - go to Forus (kind of a big dept store, with shops open till 9:00 p.m., and restaurants till 10:30 or 11:00 p.m.) just outside the station - you'll find different cuisine on 6/F - we tried a buffet serving mostly vegetables - the good was generally superb - and it charge around HK$100 pax
