Last few days of my holiday - already started to have "post-long-vacation syndrom" - a bit upset and a bit worried about work - esp that would be a new post for me.....
yesterday - shopping at Nippon Bashi - 批發商店 - as Sis can't lend me the big wholesaler's card, only go to the smaller one - but was interesting.... (sis - wrong instruction!!! should turn RIGHT not left after leaving JR East exit.....
) , then Nakano to buy old toys, Harajuku to play at 100
today: went to 三鷹の森ジブリ美術館, (did not take my dcs with me, as the small one was out of battery and the DCSL was too heavy, and we could not take pictures inside anyway
), then went to Shinjuku to play at Tokyo hands (3 hours - mainly for browsing), then Harajuku again to buy my Totoro
yes, we two are really cheap, we bought cotton buds, washing bags, salt, washing machine covers.... all just because they are 30% cheaper than HK and we turn ourselves into 
Mei is really cute
some of the old toys we bought - sometimes, vintage toys are really difficult to valuate
these ET, in original packing and made in HK some 30 years ago are just 280 yen
and these small wooden Peko chan can be >5000 yen each
in addition to some weird stuff (like hollow pvc tube), we also got this from Tokyo hands - our first gun - water gun
Pepsi is running a promo again - 8 monotone peanuts character with Diet Pepsi - but diet pepsi really tasted like medicine
thought I've got 4 of these Totoro last time, not sure if I've got this , but anyway, - if you got the whole set (18 in total) - you can place them on a turnable and Totoro would looks like it is moving !!!! - but I could not get hold of many of the 18s, also "sold out"
will go to Ueno to buy fruit and pet supply tomorrow, and if we have time, to an outlet to buy shoes and clothing for work
so, this ends our rotten 17 days in Japan
