2007夏之日本忘憂之旅 - Day 1－夢想出走、夢想吾撈、夢想美食

This is the second time we took business class in CX (of course by redeeming our mileage), and we were not familiar with the 2 CX lounges. We chose the one near Gate #2, and it turned out that it was considerably smaller than the one near Gate # 60.

As cheapy couple, we took a "heavy" breakfast...

and checked others' blog before we boarded the plane

after plane got airborne, breakfast was served - we skipped that knowing we would have lunch later... hence empty plates with Charlie and Snoopy only

It turned out that lunch was just so so...., but hubby liked the apetitizer

At the airport, we found that we could take Narita Express for just 1500 yen provided we got a new Suica card, so goodbye to our old friends below la

(Note: you just show your passport and request for the set - Suica card plus Narita Express ticket, you pay 3500 yen but you got a ticket to Tokyo (which normally costs around 3000 yen) and a Suica Card with 1500 yen balance (plus 500 yen deposit)

With an almost empty stomach - we rushed to 北澤俱樂部 at Shinjuku, the shop did not have a long quene as it used to have (heard that others considered its service not good), but the food was still OK boh. forgot to take most of the dishes we had but ....
