Went to try this restaurant earlier this week ... quite OK boh

Some ham salad (Beauty B ordered the tuna tomato salad ... (too far away, couldn't take photo) they are not using canned tuna boh .... must try next time ...)

Porkchop was from some red ?? valley in US ... chunky and tasty (though I suspect my porkchop was the smallest ),

Beauty G had this, the risotto was mildly overcooked, but still tasty

lemon tart ... what can I say, CU's lemon tart is definitely more appealing to my apettite

Napoleon ... good boh ... crispy ...

just average .... nothing special

Have been to three restaurants in Pemberton (22-26 Bonham Strand E). Must say that La Breeze is the "healthiest" (has a salad bar such that you could have all the vege you desire), Bonheur http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/iwishiam-farmer/article?mid=4318 should be my pick ... good food, efficient service ... would also visit fusion again (like its Napoleon better though Bonheur's got more fruit) but only when I do not need to rush back to work .... (we have to chase every course ....)
