alex sir 話 elmo bb 大人想大家公投 robuchon 定caprice 好, 農家乖乖的去吃caprice (excuses...excuses... excuses )

welcome snack ...  extra virgin olive oil 香...

服務生特地講係由法國邊樹(唔記得)來的butter ... 嘩... 好味到無朋友... 農婦主攻尖頂的淡butter (一d都唔淡, 同caprice 的 baguette 簡直絕配 )

下邊呢四個.... 農婦highly recommend the baguette ... if not for the worry of a full stomach before going to the main course, I would have baguette non-stop)

Caprice did not "reheat" the bread ... but there is really no need for them to do so... freshly baked bread, though cooled to room temp is still superb

crispy crab-cake .... the herbs -- cumin (in emulsion form)... excellent partners!!

fish bisque --  good  

you are supposed to add these to the bisque ... crutons just so so, but the potato paste in the middle was very tasty (we just took that in directly)...

Guinea fowl breast, the stuffing was very tasty... yum yum yum

Crispy pork belly ... yum ...

but 叫錯o野呀!! 吃左O甘多butter ... 不應叫肥豬, especially when there were "line-caught fish" and "waygu" in the menu (農公不停安慰 -- 下次下次)

dessert ... hazelnut dacquoise (superb!!!!!!!) + lemon mousse (good) and caramel ice cream (good .. but may be a bit sweet for most)

This -- "napoleon" ... the black currant cream in the "top deck" was also superb ... and the yoghurt sorbet (when mixed with green apple puree ... wow wow wow

the apricot gum is great ... others .... so so la

天呀... 杯耳太細 .. for bb??

The service is real good ... but a bit too attentive for us ... when I swapped dish with 農公, out of no-where, a waiter came out and helped hold my dish for me (and asked if there was anything wrong with the dish .... ok ... I know our table manner is not good .. and swapping dish is a bit 失禮人... so embarrassing...)

and then...  農公 dropped his napkin ... again, in a split second (before 農公could pick it up himself) ... a waiter out-of-no-where picked up the dropped napkin and replaced a clean one for 農公  .. 嚇死我兩個cheap 人....

If you asked me, in Hong Kong, I would prefer Caprice to Robuchon and am already looking forward to our next visit ... but when it comes to Macao Robuchon vs Caprice  ....  ... it would still be Macao Robuchon for us ... and the lightly smoked foie gras shaving (天呀, 無正常人會識做... 仲要做得o甘好) is, admittedly, the main draw....
