When arguing about what kind of boss we'd like

I always said that I want a nice boss, as even if your boss was competent, if he/she was wicked, you would be in hell.

But now, I start to ponder, I should want a competent boss who is 公道 and not fierce and do not have bad temper.Best if he or she is nice, that would be a bonus.

very very down today and did not talk to anyone in office. but have to OT today and work Sun and Sat.....want to cry,want to ...
