After more than 1 year of 外賣仔生涯, hubby finally could resume enjoying the privillege of being hubby for ONE night - he he, I cooked a meal for him yesterday.

We had

Foie gras (should look better!!) - anyway, tasted really good 

Spaghetti basil - chilli (tasted somewhere between pasta alio olio and pesto)

Smoked ham with wild roquette (with home-made sauce) 

Only the wild roquette was from Olivers Delicatessen, the rest was from Jusco's supermarket (actually, would love to buy basil - i.e. 魚香葉) from wet market, but our market was closed
 due to a fire!!)

The price at Jusco was much lower than Olivers. e.g. same basil - Olivers charged $20 while Jusco only charged $13.X. (of course, the 魚香葉 from market was much cheaper - only around $5 but not every market got that, which is used for making Thai food most of the time, and also 三杯雞 - hm - should cook that next time I am in the mood
)

Yet, Olivers got the best roquette (only $28 )

點解整西餐貴過中餐o甘多o既呢? 第時唔做, 應該唔多會煮西餐lu
