rolls and sticks were good, but the highlight was the dip - (the right hand side one) - its a cauliflower with curry - really refreshing (I think we can prepare this ourselves, just blend cauliflower and add curry powder and salt)

Wagyu sushi - dared not have raw beef. Hence asked chef to slightly grill the wagyu. It was good.

somehow, there seemed no more wagyu, and the chef replaced that with this - chilled tomato soup plus some lobster. lobster really sweet and fresh

then main plate - also replaced wagfu with some prime beef from US. The potato puree with truffle was good - you couldn't even find the truffle but you could smell and taste that
