Tried the Wagyu (和牛) set with boss last night - it was good but rather expensive la. Luckily, boss got the gourmet card and hence got a big discount

rolls and sticks were good, but the highlight was the dip - (the right hand side one) - its a cauliflower with curry - really refreshing (I think we can prepare this ourselves, just blend cauliflower and add curry powder and salt)

Wagyu sushi - dared not have raw beef. Hence asked chef to slightly grill the wagyu. It was good.

somehow, there seemed no more wagyu, and the chef replaced that with this - chilled tomato soup plus some lobster. lobster really sweet and fresh

then main plate - also replaced wagfu with some prime beef from US. The potato puree with truffle was good - you couldn't even find the truffle but you could smell and taste that

Dessert was lavender ice cream with choco icecream - the lavender ice cream (unlike that from 富田農場) was not so creamy and not very sweet, but full of lavender fragrance and the bitter-sweet taste was really good. the caramel bites were also good. As for the choco ice cream? so so la

Would definitely not be able to afford such extravagence after retirement. 算啦, 都叫"璀璨"過
