Day 11 - went to 高山 to change to the bus to shirakawa go. Before leaving for shirakawa go, we visited this city ........　

first - 飛騨の里 (do remember to buy "combination ticket" - which is bus ticket plus admission fee - only 900 yen.








then　we had lunch at 丸明　 - hida beef there was really great (picture says a thousand words....) - hubby said we can forget about kobe beef /松坂　beef la







the chef visited our room after we had our meal and asked how was the meal - I of course showed my thumbs up - hubby was mean, asked me - the chef actually did not cook, he just cut boh - may be it should be the farmer who owned the herd who could ask... how was my cow．．．．

icecream at 高山 was also good as they used hida cow's milk as the base - yum yum - soo creamy - may be I should allot a bit longer time for the city next time
