overall comment: all the dishes are special and the cook is a good cook. (but our table has another good cook and I must say, he serves extremely good dishes..) The chicken is really crispy (though a little bit 偏咸) with the meat still succulent. The fish spa, in "chrysanthemum soup", is tasty. All the pickles are homemade and I tried the first 蝦醬 that I would like to try again. The most impressive "dish" (for me) is the rice. A bit disappointed to note that vegetables may not be daily fresh but generally speaking, the whole meal is one kind of experience (and an enjoyable one).
If you asked me, I would say the price is a bit on the high side (>$600 pax) and it would be best if they could have some "過場" (something to refresh our tastebud before the next dish) and good tea / after meal drink afterwards (as they claimed that you would be very full after the meal).
We finished all the food and hubby and I went to 聰嫂 to have another round of dessert.
至於同場加映 ... 話說朝早唔舒服, 為免晚上病到不能去吃, 本打算和農公趁 lunch hour 一齊撲去佐敦睇大夫 ...但農公要趕工, 不能陪我 ...但佢12:30 來電, 話都應該可以趕到 ..... 於是都係一齊看病, 一齊lunch ....lunch 時農公話office d 野事小, 都係陪老婆為上 ..."箖" 爆 所以就算noisy d 都要在blog 大大聲講錫晒你 .... (留俾老時回味嘛).
