have vowed to manage my body fat and weight more than 1 week .... Did nothing ... except digesting more and more food  

, but hubby said he didn't mind me being fat (chubby!!) ma

....  ha ha ha ha ha

so, had belated Secretary's Lunch with secretaries with colleagues today at Bonheur ...

pumpkin soup ... according to colleague B, it was good

duck breast in salad ... good boh ... the mustard sauce was good boh .. yummy

fillet ... normal (boss' secretary had risotto and it was very good, heard that steak was good too)

the dessert (some Mango XX) looked sooo nice that all the Secretaries wow when the waiter was serving this (my photo does not do it justice).  the pastry was crispy and the custard cream not just write (not too sweet) ... I suspect there is one mango here ....

around $150 pax for lunch (shared dessert) ... okok la
