Cinderella is another great musical by Rodgers and Hammerstein (originally created as a tv show, starring Julie Andrews and others)
In case "Rodgers and Hammerstein" do not ring any bells, "The Sound of Music" and "The King and I" should do the trick. I have been a big fan since high school and got CDs of Cinderella (Julie Andrews' version), Oklahoma, Carousel, and the sound of music .... but 最耐聽的 turns out to be Cinderella .... and I like the following v much

Why should a fellow want a girl like her, a frail and fluffy beauty why can't a fellow ever once prefer a solid girl like me
She's a frothy little bubble with a flimsy kind of charm and with very little trouble I could break her little arm.

looking forward to a good show
... and 農公 ... I love you for willing to go see the show with me and not grumbling about the ticket price (though you only picked the price from the lowest possible... but the seats for 180 and 290 are all full!!!).... esp when you are on the verge / in danger of being laid off ....
Watched the show yesterday .... the stage was a bit small and for a musical, I think they should sing a bit more and talk less ... apart from that, the overall performance was v good and prima donna was just superb (just that she needed not fling out her arms all the time). still an enjoyable evening (if not for my headache ... it would be even better). House was not full ... really due to the Tsunami??
