今次玩油浸... 但個爐唔聽話...離火..又.....
成品太肉酸...唔獻醜... 味勉強可以...下次試poach

街市$4魚香葉,切碎
garlic ... 多多益善
舂碎 (crush) d nuts (應該用松仁, 屋企無,用合桃)
少少 sundried tomato 碎(無都得 - 但少個層次loh)
先落 extra virgin olive oil, then 加garlic/sundried tomato/nuts, then 加新鮮整或已拾好的linguine ... 差唔多好... 落埋魚香葉 ... voila
下dd salt and black pepper...
要改善的... 係用berndes 唔好用孖人wok.... 喪癡底
