Countdown - last 3 days in this office and my team went to 大江戶 at 港運城 to bid me farewell. 大江戶 is one of my "Jap Canteens" in HK, in addition to 翔太, 峰 Sushi and Doraya. (newly discovered that 阪前 at CWB also OK, except for its long queue. but would add that to my list of Jap Canteens.)
The food at Edo was good, as usual. But today, the food was exceptionally good as boss ordered some a la carte (or even outside menu) dishes, such as the 鹽水海膽 (best I've tasted in HK)
I ordered 蔥伴金魚腩蓉壽司飯. Yum yum yum
my other favourite dish is 銀雪魚西京燒 - but forgot to take picture la.
大江戶 is a very expensive restaurant (if you visit it in the evening), though it serves good food. I usu go there during lunch and in the lunch menu, you find value for money stuff. My Nigi Toro is only $120
