其實農婦很少去吃 buffet, 一來老了, 吃不了太多, 二來不太喜歡走來走去....但身為一隻有羊群心態的餓狼...見個個都話yamm正...就去試下.....
oyster ... okok ... not particularly gd..
Iberico (ham from spanish black iberian pig) was very good (though not the best ... "Great" in PP supplies really premium iberico... ) ... nevertheless, iberico was my choiced dish for the night
fig ... not my cup of tea... dunno why the OL after me was sooo 雀躍
bread was superb
uni was v v good (considering we are in HK)... others just normal
串燒 - chicken ...mama... beef ... okok
this is some 分子料理 (蛋黃是mango and 蛋白 is some juice)... I know I'll never fall in love with such cuisine ... 亞伯話齋...唔識欣賞loh
home-made?? Vanilla ice-cream was good (rich and with vanilla pod... not using essence) .. chocolate ice-cream was normal ... come to think of it.... I would bet that the ice-cream is from Movenpick....
this is supposingly some tiramisu ...
didn't pick me up at all
all the above are good or ok ... but the "chef's recommendations" were not good ...
steak was tougher than rubber ...
sushi rice was not good at all (I thought this was some cooked rice with uni on top 
when making the order...)
this CHACOAL 魚顎 .. we did try our best but we had to give it up .... of course no chacoal smell ... and you would note a very very fishy 腥 smell 
the berry was goose berry??? may be ... normal la
the place was pricey (around $600 pax including service charge and water) ... [thanks to friends P and E, who treated hubby and I 
] and though some of the food was good (esp bread, iberico, and uni sashimi) .... I would not recommend this place....
The fatal point was not with the food but the service ....
service 唔到位 ... I felt rather uneasy there ... (though there were a few waiter who were really nice)
but three episodes reflected v badly on them
1. Wagyu

... when a more senior waiter came and asked how we thought about the food .... 無乜禮貌的農婦話uni 正, bread 正... but 牛 麻麻....seeing his reaction (astonished), 農婦 quickly added ... may be I had too much wagyu in Japan.... the waiter then responded ... "澳洲來的先係wagyu!!" 
...農婦當然唔識反應... the waiter continued ..."日本牛的話kobe算唔錯 ...." ... 天... 農婦一d都唔鍾意神戶牛
... If the waiter wishes to present himself as a competent waiter in a "good" restaurant... he should at least have the product knowledge... arguing with me is one thing ... arguing something wrongly is really v v bad ...
2. black pepper
I had ceasar salad (no picture... it was not good anyway) ...
I asked 農公 to get me 黑椒 while I tried to get more iberico ... 農公 then asked a waitress for it .... the first time he said ... "唔該俾d黑椒我丫.." the waitress did not quite comprehend ... when 農公 repeated his request ... waitress "哦....black pepper!!" ...what kind of service!!!
3. no chacoal chacoal.....
the smell of this was sooo dubious that I asked a waiter whether they really used chacoal .... waiter told us ... their restaurant was a new one with high tech stuff (blah blah blah ...) Hence, they did not use real chacoal but "用電來製造明火"........
