上回去左澳門Robuchon試 truffle... 麻麻地.... 唔死心....今云再戰 the truffle man

本來訂左dinner...但農公呢輪放工時間唔準, 兼呢間lunch 有得叫a la carte... 照係 Bombana, the truffle man, serves (當然價錢都係同dinner 一樣)...就lunch去吃....

Bombana 鍾意套戲, 餐廳改左呢個名... if 農婦...就實叫"鼻屎" (吾之寵貓也)...但叫呢個名...實無生意啦!

麵包...只是ok... 但呢...個olive oil...超靚....農婦點左好多...肥...但好好好好吃....

都照叫lunch set 再加 side order...

set 的 artichoke soup... 好飲...香

salad... ok...

truffle on confit egg ...意版食神滔在身邊鮮刨truffle... 飄來陣陣香氣...truffle 同 溫泉蛋一起...很配合...但撇掉truffle矜貴呢一環, 老實...農婦個人就喜歡日本靚松茸....多d....當然... truffle都interesting...可間或吃下...

同農公講, 都可以一年來吃一次...但已打消為左佢..專程冬天去意大利的念頭...農公即時喜形於色...(是的...農公冬天連去日本都興趣不大...何況italy!)

pumpkin ravioli... cheese+牛油...殺人不見血...但個皮好好吃!

個smash potato 做得好light (其實都肥...但比robuchon喪多butter... 呢個好吃好多, 有薯仔香)...其他的... not my piece of pork / sausage loh

個mixed berries + cheese cake + mandarin sorbet...sorbet super yum !!

下年...吃truffle+pasta...就可以了...最多...加個soup
